You can now request a booking online.
For the Booking in system to work we have created a extra kennel space so that All dates will show as available unless we are closed on the drop off/collection date ie. Bank holidays. Of course, this may not always be the case so once you have requested your dog’s holiday dates you will receive an email from us either asking for a deposit if the dates are available or you will receive a decline email if we are unable to take your dog on the dates requested.
On the new system you can also see any upcoming bookings, booked collection/drop off times.
You will still need to submit your dog’s vaccination record to us via our main website or via email as we must manually input this.
On the new system you can see all the information we have for you and your dogs. You can also ensure these details are correct.
We now have the function to upload any photo or updates to your online log in during your dogs stay. if we have uploaded anything you will receive a email at around 8pm informing you of a update.
