Prior to your booking please ensure you have completed the following before each and every stay.

1. Please update your dogs worming, flea treatment details
2. Please submit your dogs vaccination records
3. Please log in to ensure your details are correct
4. If your dog needs any medication or suplements durring their stay please complease a medication form

Prior to your booking please ensure you have also booked via , Email, txt or phone your dogs drop off and collection appointment times.

Food.
We have made the decision due to the amount of allergies, intolerances, combined with so many different brands and different ways to feed dogs we will no longer be suppling food.
We ask that customers please provide their dogs usual diet for the duration of their stay.
Dry food Customers are welcome to either bring in food pre portioned in individual bags/tubs per meal or an appropriate sized bag of food for the duration of their stay with a portion scoop/cup. If you add any wet food please also provide enough for the duration of the stay with their name on.
Raw/Freezer food - we are still happy to store this please ensure that your packets are labelled
We have added additional storage in our kitchen to be able to store own foods, but please bear in mind when packing your dog's bag that we can't store everything and the kitchen sink!
